Italian Cooking Class

This cooking class we will be covering ravioli and gnocchi basics, from making fresh pasta and gnocchi from scratch to a couple classic pasta sauces. Included in this class will be foundational techniques, recipes and demonstrations, as well as eating the food prepared in the class. Tea, water, and soft drinks will be provided.
About Chef Eubanks:
Eubanks grew up in Moultrie. He attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Tucker, GA. He had the experience in cooking in BBQ restaurants, premiere catering, a private plantation, fine dining American restaurants, and has been the executive chef at Glen Arven Country Club in Thomasville, GA for 3 and a half years where he works alongside his wife who is the pastry chef.
