James T. Norris, Jr. teaches voice and piano at the Colquitt County Arts Center.  He is a graduate of Moultrie High School where he was a member of the A Cappella Choir and Serenaders under the direction of Dr. Bill Caldwell.  He graduated with his Bachelor of Music degree, Magna Cum Laude, with concentration in voice from the University of Georgia.  He taught choral music and served as an assistant principal in the Clayton County School System and was sdirector of music at several churches in the metro area.  He also performed with the Atlanta Symphony Chorus under the direction of Robert Shaw.
