 Sally Shovar is a painter using oils, pastels, casein, and acrylic.  She is also a teaching artist.  She has worked as an independent artist since 1985.  Her studio and home are in Moultrie, GA.  Her work is in private collections and has been exhibited at art centers throughout the state.  In 1978 she received her BA in Art History and Art from Humboldt State University, CA.  She served for 14 years on the Artists In Education roster with the Georgia Council for the Arts.  She has lived in seven countries and traveled extensively.
