Held at the Colquitt County Arts Center

Third Place       $200.00

This exhibition provides artists working in all mediums with the opportunity to participate in this annual regional exhibition. Selections for awards will be based on a juried review, which is conducted without the knowledge of the artists’ identity, title, or price of work. The exhibition will be judged in its entirety. Awards will be presented and announced at the opening night reception on
Thursday, September 10, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Participating artists and guests will be encouraged to attend.

Please download the entry form above or fill out our digital entry below. You will be asked to upload a photo of each of your entries. You will be notified of acceptance after August 21st. Print and fill out the labels to attach to the back of your entries before delivery.


Important Dates

Monday, August 17 – Deadline for entry                          
Completed entry form, entry fee, and entry images should be received or postmarked by Monday, August 17, 2020.

Friday, August 21 – Notification of Acceptance
Artists will be notified of acceptance on August 21 by e-mail.

August 31 – September 4 – Art Delivery Dates
Labeled works should be delivered to the Colquitt County Arts Center at 401 7th Ave SW  in Moultrie, Georgia. Monday through Friday. Delivery hours: 10:00am – 5:30pm.

Thursday, September 10 – Opening Reception
The Opening reception will be from 6:00 pm —7:30 pm.

Friday, October 30 – Exhibit ends
The exhibit will be on display until 5:30 pm on
October 30, 2020.

November 2 – 6 – Art Pickup Dates
All works must be picked up from the Colquitt County Arts Center on Monday through Friday from
10:00am – 5:30pm.
